  • Ensure uniform customer experience through standardized processes.
  • Prepare all project related documents such as welcome letter, Demand Letters, Allotment Letters, Reminders, Cost sheets, Receipts, MOFA Agreements,etc. In consultation with management and other departments. Ensure dispatch of all the above mentioned documentation on time.
  • Follow up for payments through Reminder letters, verbal communication and emails.
  • Facilitate in timely Agreement execution & Registration process.Sound knowledge of annexures to MOFA agreement, land documents and their validation.Payment of E-Stamp duty and Execute the MOFA sale deed.Well versed with registration process and formalities at registration office.
  • Respond to Customer queries satisfactorily and within TAT
  • Respond to Client Requests in regards to Interior customisation of their flats in coordination with the architect and the project in charge at sites.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal communication & organisational skills.
  • Facilitate in handing over Possession of flat to the buyers and the necessary documentation. Carrying out the processes for Society formation and handover in coordination with the liasoning department.
  • Coordination with Banks for APF approvals, loans and Disbursal.
  • Audit reports, ERP entries and MIS. Filing, Documentation & Follow up
