Mr. Parth Mehta brings with him over 14 years of management expertise and leadership in the areas of Real Estate analysis, strategies, valuation, business development fundraising, corporate sales, and investment with due diligence.

Mr. Parth Mehta, an Alumnus of SPJAIN Centre of Management has diverse experience in managerial as well as leadership roles starting from being a research analyst at Citibank post his graduation in BMS from NM college to being in a role of Business Development at The Wadhwa Group of companies, a reckoned name in Mumbai’s Real Estate fraternity followed by being entrusted a role of CEO at another Mumbai based Realty firm.

His core responsibility has undertaken STRATEGIC TIE-UPS and ACQUISITIONS. His leadership role has been overseeing the holistic growth of the company and is a strong believer of teamwork, looked into Varied divisions including Finance, Business Strategy & Development, Sales & Marketing, Due diligence & Approvals, Fund Raising, Operations & Execution.

Mr. Mehta is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with deal-making acumen in SRA & Joint Developments / Joint Ventures & Development Management format as his forte since he has acquired, articulated & implemented various Projects to the tune of 5 million sq. ft. He believes in par excellence which is his driving force & success of projects by-product of diligence & embedded company’s clear ethos.

His innate passion & acumen and depth of holistic experience as a leader, with a knack for being a dealmaker, induced him to start his venture i.e. PARADIGM REALTY in 2015.

With a Motto of having an asset-light model, where he believes in low debt, growth via collaborations & value addition by his group under his leadership, the company has managed to grow by leaps & bounds in just mere 7 years. Today the company has an annual revenue Turnover of Rs.750+ crores, with over 1600+ affordable & luxury homes delivered in Mumbai suburbs.

In the FY-2021-2022 the company had seen tremendous growth in size as a young organisation with a diversified team comprising more than 225+ employees as strength with a median age of 36 years.

Major projects like Antalya (Oshiwara), Premiere Residences (Andheri W), Zenith (Thane), Seasons (Chembur), and EL Signora (Oshiwara) were added to their portfolio.

The company has already delivered 6 projects in the last 7 years, with 2 projects nearing completion plus 5 ongoing projects in addition.

With the ongoing development of 2 million sq. Ft and future pipeline of another 4 million sq. ft within Mumbai suburbs. The company is expected to continue its growth momentum in terms of annual revenues despite of industry headwinds. The company has primarily been focused on residential developments, but Mr. Mehta sees a great opportunity in Retail & Commerical - Mixed-use development to be a value-added growth avenue for the company.

The company’s growth and Mr. Mehta’s leadership has got recognised on various platforms as a young achiever of the year as well as Excellence in delivery.
