Paradigm Realty Acquires Florencia in Bandra, Expands Ultra-Luxury Marquis Collection

Paradigm Realty has expanded its footprint in Mumbai’s premium residential market with the acquisition of Florencia in Bandra. Located at the foothills of Pali Hill, the 30-year-old residential building marks the developer’s third project in Bandra under its Marquis Collection.

With this acquisition, Paradigm Realty’s combined development potential across its Bandra Marquis projects is expected to exceed US$125 million, further strengthening its presence in the ultra-luxury housing segment.
