Paradigm Realty secures ₹100 cr funding

Paradigm Realty Group has secured ₹100 crore from Arnya Real Estates Fund for its residential project, 71 Midtown, located near Sindhi Society in Chembur, Mumbai. The proceeds will be deployed towards completing the project across Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Project details

71 Midtown is spread across an approximately 4.5-acre gated community layout and comprises 1 and 2 BHK residences. The project is located about 10 minutes from the Bandra-Kurla Complex, and a High Court is planned nearby in Bandra East.

Over the past 11 years, Paradigm Realty Group has served more than 3,100 families, completed 13 projects, and delivered over 36 lakh sq ft of real estate in Mumbai. The company currently has six ongoing developments covering approximately 40 lakh sq. ft. under construction.
