Paradigm Realty to invest Rs 80 crore in redevelopment of residential project in Mumbai

Mumbai-based real estate developer Paradigm Realty is planning to invest Rs 80 crore to redevelop a 30-year-old residential building named Florencia. The building is located at the foothills of Pali Hill in Bandra, Mumbai.

The building currently comprises 19 residential units owned by 10 families and, post-redevelopment, is expected to have fewer than 30 residences. Spread across approximately 1,300 sq metres, the project has an estimated gross development value of about Rs 350 crore.
